This includes any data associated with your Drixal ERP account, such as business records, personal information, and transaction history.

How to Request Data Deletion

If your subscription has expired or you wish to cancel your account, you can request the deletion of your data by contacting us at support@drixal.com . Please include the following information in your email to ensure a smooth process:

Your full name as registered with Drixal ERP.
The email address associated with your account.
Your Drixal ERP account ID (if available).
A brief reason for the deletion request (optional).

We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate and process your request within 30 days, as required by law.

Our Data Deletion Process

Upon receiving your request, we will confirm receipt within 7 business days. After verifying your identity, we will permanently delete your personal data from our servers, except for any data we are legally required to retain (e.g., for tax or audit purposes). You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
