At Drixal ERP, we offer a 14-day free trial to allow you to fully evaluate our SaaS platform before committing to a paid subscription. This Refunds Policy, compliant with UK law, outlines your rights to cancel during the trial and the limited circumstances under which refunds may be granted for paid subscriptions.
During the 14-day free trial, you may cancel your access to Drixal ERP at any time without cost, as no payment is required. If you choose to purchase a paid subscription after the trial, you have a statutory right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days from the purchase date ('cooling-off period'). By starting the paid service immediately, you expressly consent to waive this cancellation right, as the service is provided upon subscription. After the trial or cooling-off period, no refunds will be granted for paid subscriptions unless the service is demonstrably faulty, not as described, or fails to meet contractual obligations under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Given the comprehensive 14-day free trial, discretionary refunds (e.g., for change of mind) are not offered for paid subscriptions.
To cancel during the 14-day free trial, log into your Drixal ERP account and follow the cancellation instructions in the account settings, or contact our support team at support(at)drixal.com. For paid subscriptions, to request cancellation within the 14-day cooling-off period or a refund due to a faulty service, email support(at)drixal.com with your account details and a detailed explanation of the issue, including evidence of any fault. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, in accordance with UK law. All refund requests are subject to review, and we reserve the right to deny refunds if the criteria above are not met.
For questions about our Refunds Policy, to cancel during the trial, or to request a refund, please contact our support team at support(at)drixal.com. Our team is available to assist with any concerns.
